| 8:00 | Meeting handed over to Toastmaster of the night | Toastmaster introduces the theme of the evening and proceeds to MC the meeting. |
| 8:05 | Table Topics (impromptu speaking) | Table Topics Master presents topics for members and guests to speak "off the cuff" on the topics for 60 to 90 seconds |
| 8:30 | Table Topics Evaluations | Table Topics participants are each given a brief evaluation, highlighting positive points and giving points of improvement, by a nominated Evaluator. |
| 8:40 | Supper break | All members and guests welcome to join in on refreshments and fellowship |
| 9:00 | Prepared speeches | Members present speeches from their current Communications and Leadership manuals. A typical evening consists of 4 speeches, some nights an educational session may also be included. Speeches are volunteered prior to the evening allowing members to work at their own pace through their speech manual assignments. |
| 9:20 | Evaluations | All speeches are evaluated. If there are 4 speeches that evening there will be 4 detailed evaluations from members not performing speeches or other major roles that evening. In addition to an oral evaluation, the Evaluator provides a written evaluation in the speakers manual. |

general Evaluator presents an oral evaluation on all roles of the evening
that have not been evaluated (ie. the Toastmaster, the Evaluators, the
Table Topics Master) and gives feedback on the overall meeting. The

After each section of the meeting votes are cast and at this time the Toastmaster of the evening will present the awards. |
| 9:50 | Comments from Chairman | Meeting handed back to the chairman who asks for comments from guests, and raises any other business. |
